Great service and everyone is always nice, but I think they make their drinks differently here. I dont know why I keep ordering drinks here, no matter what the drink is, it always comes out watery. I'm guessing it's a training problem or maybe a protocol issue, because it's at every time of day, so they must have been trained to do it that way. I love coffee and I starbucks hop in this area a lot, and this is the only Starbucks that is consistently making watery drinks. My fiance says they do it with his refresher lemonades too. Great coffee drinks, a little pricey but it's understandable with the economy how it is. Customer service is ok, friendly. Although several times I have ordered extra caramel on my drink, and I get charged for it, but there is nothing extra about it, as a matter of fact, it seemed like they gave me less than usual. Other than that, it's ok, just ok. Customer service could be better. The store itself was clean. Well maintained from the looks of it.
Actually liked this Starbucks a lot!! I go to Starbucks atleast once a day, but never this one. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and made my drink exactly how I asked without a weird gatekeeping attitude (light ice extra oatmilk; I can't drink it all at once and I'm happy to pay extra for it). I can tell this is where the locals come for coffee ????
i always get a venti here and they always fill it up with ice when i ask for light ice on my drink it?s not the first time and it?s not even the 5th time. it always happens and i?m left with the amount it takes to fill a tall cup but i?m always paying the venti price it?s ridiculous at this point.

The drive-thru is always packed, but they work quickly. Despite the long line stretching out to the street, I only waited for less than 15 minutes. Their merchandise like cups and tumblers sell out quickly, so snatch up anything you like as soon as you see it.
The restaurant offers excellent service and a wide selection of dishes. However, parking can be difficult to find. For those using the drive-thru, it is recommended to enter from Imperial Hwy for easier access.
Very busy since its on the corner. Lots of College kids since its down the street from Biola University. Consistent as always, good coffee and snacks to start your day. Healthy and fresh.
This Starbucks was the only one that correctly prepared our order for my 7-year-old, getting the size and temperature just right. The staff were all very friendly and well-mannered.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The drinks are fantastic, I absolutely love them! I will give this place 5 stars, they truly deserve it.
