With Starbucks app everything is quick unfortunately, I did not realized they have pick up station instead of drive thru. Also, consider order like 5 10 minutes before if you want your hot drinks/food stays hot/warm.Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy option for your drinks.

Took my son to the Starbucks on Beverly , even tho we both had accounts they denied him his free birthday drink, so I ended up having to buy it.Pretty upsetting considering how much money I spend there. You just lost a loyal customer.

The dark roast was old and so disappointing. It tasted terrible. When I kindly mentioned to the manager she really wasn t that interested nor did she offer me to come in for a fresh cup. Not cool and horrible

75% if the time my orders are correct however when they aren’t the staff are annoyed to have to re make and correct the drinks. This is the cause for a 4 star

The seasonal drinks are great but their prices seem unreasonable compared to Timmys. Lineups are always long. I wish they stayed open
