We were in Europe for a couple of months, sometimes hotelling, sometimes bike/camping. And then all of a sudden we had to fly into NYC, beg for a rental car, get to Albany for a funeral, and then rush back to the airport first thing early next morning.Nowhere to get coffee on I-87 before 6 AM, and then we cross into Jersey and find ourselves here. This is one of the largest Starbucks locations I’ve visited. It features plenty of tables and seating options, excellent Wi-Fi, and clean restrooms. The ambiance attracts a diverse mix of students and professionals, many of whom are focused on their laptops. The staff is friendly and offers efficient service. To the right, there's a Walgreens for convenient shopping, and on the left, a sub shop for a more substantial meal. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I’ve had good luck finding spots so far. I’ve always been a huge fan of Starbucks!
Absolutely awful experience! Unfamiliar with the area, we stopped here briefly during our trip north. When we walked in, a male employee was sweeping the floor and picking up trash. There were two customers ahead of us, and only one barista was managing orders and making drinks. The employee who had been sweeping came over to help but started taking orders and handling cups, lids, and muffins without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This place truly deserves zero stars!
The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderfully inviting, particularly in the mornings. If you arrive early, you'll be warmly welcomed by a charming older woman with platinum blonde hair who always delivers the happiest greeting – she's simply delightful. The rest of the staff is just as cheerful and treats customers with great respect. They are very patient, which makes it easier for you if you’re feeling uncertain or need a little time to decide what to order.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino for my younger sister, but they mistakenly added chai instead. When you're paying for something, you expect to receive the correct order. As for my drink, they forgot to include my raspberry pumps! I work at Starbucks, and even though the location I work at is smaller since it's inside another store, the service is far better than what I encountered here. Additionally, it's much quicker.
I ordered my younger sister a CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH FRAPPUCCINO and they went and added chai to her damn Frappuccino if you pay money for it they should at least give you the right thing. Don?t even get me started with my drink they didn?t even add myraspberry pumps. I work at Starbucks, it?s smaller since it?s inside another store but it?s way better than whatever this was.And it?s way faster.
Everyone here is so nice and friendly as soon as you walk in in the mornings if you go early you get greeted with the happiest hello by the older woman with the platinum blonde hair she is the sweetest. Even the other employees are just super happy andrespectful towards our customers. They are also very patient if you were trying to decide or you are not sure about an item.
My favorite local spot has always surpassed my expectations. Although rising prices forced me to cut Starbucks from my budget, I’ve grown to truly value this place as a dependable choice. It was a treat when we could still indulge, and the location couldn’t be more perfect!

While this café may not compare to the likes of Café Central or Brasserie Lipp, I know that the next time I'm traveling north on NJ-17 in the morning, I'll make it a point to stop here on Franklin Turnpike, not far from the old auto plant.
This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is always welcoming, and the place is consistently spotless!
