This is one of my favorite spots for coffee because they typically get my order spot on, which always puts a smile on my face. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days, and I'm quite disappointed. In the first photo, you can see my coffee when I realized it was underfilled, just topped off with a mound of whipped cream. The second photo shows it after the whipped cream has melted away. I appreciate the quality and service I’m paying for, which is why I don’t mind spending six dollars, but today it really mattered to me.
I was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. She took the cup, a bystander customer went to get me napkins and I was able to control the situation. The servers need to be retrained and told not to be so rude.
Hello, I have been frequenting this Starbucks location since it first opened. The barista named Micheal has consistently been impolite to both my family and myself for a number of years now. He never greets us or says hello, and often argues with us when an order is made incorrectly. This behavior demonstrates poor customer service and gives off the impression that he dislikes us. It's unclear what we may have done to upset him, but he appears to be deeply unhappy with his life.
Don’t order you drink in-person! You’ll sit there an watch them serve 12 drive-thru customers first, 6 online orders next, then finally make your drink 15 minutes later. When I asked why did it take so long when I’m seeing car after car get serviced before me, the barista said “It is what it is”. ? Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless it’s in the drive thru only

The staff at this location is friendly, and you can count on enjoying the classic Starbucks coffee. However, I deducted one star because the store's layout feels cold and uncomfortable. The concrete floors and hard chairs create an unwelcoming atmosphere, almost as if Starbucks doesn't want customers to linger for too long.
The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the service is exceptional! During my visit, I chose to sit indoors and was delighted to be offered a complimentary brownie. I've been here on two occasions, and both experiences have been wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. We never had to wait long for our drinks. The evenings are typically very calm and peaceful.
Every time I've visited this Starbucks, the staff has been incredibly friendly. Jaylen stands out as exceptional! Great job!

Avoid this place if you don't want to wait an hour for your order. Both the drive-thru and in-person service are terrible.
I didn't get the name of the young lady at the window, but she was incredibly friendly and welcoming!
