Contrary to many other reviews, my experiences at Starbucks have consistently been outstanding. It truly shows how one employee can make a huge difference. Today, after finding three Dunkin' Donuts locations unexpectedly closed, I decided to visit Starbucks. The cashier was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my drink was ready in less than a minute. She also helped me check the balance on my Starbucks gift card. I didn’t catch her name, but she had bangs and wore glasses. Best of all, my drink was delicious!

I arrived at the restaurant around 1 PM today and waited for 40 minutes before deciding to leave. One delivery order took more than 30 minutes to prepare, and there was only one employee at the counter serving customers. I was hoping for some communication about the delays for those of us waiting in line so we could decide whether to stick it out or not. Unfortunately, the staff member gave no indication of concern. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

In contrast to the other reviews, I've only ever had a great experience here. Just goes to show the difference one employee can make. I came in today after trying 3 Dunkin Donuts locations that were closed in the middle of the day. The cashier had awonderful, friendly disposition and my drink was ready in less than a minute. She helped check the balance on my Starbucksgiftcard. Didn't catch her name but, she had bangs and glasses. And my drink was delish!

I recently visited this coffee shop and it didn't meet my expectations. The staff member who served me was rather rude—there were no smiles, just a negative attitude. It's disappointing, especially since this location is so convenient for me, but I don't intend to return. I paid $5 for my coffee, and I feel that I deserve a bit more friendliness from the employees. It makes me wonder if they might be underpaid. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was exceptionally slow, and my drink was made incorrectly on the first attempt. It seems there may be a training issue; the barista, who had black bangs and blonde tips, took orders one drink at a time rather than gathering the entire order at once. I also requested water, but they forgot about it instead of preparing that simple drink immediately. I would recommend considering another restaurant.

Painfully slow service and they made my drink wrong the first time. I think it?s a training issue; the barista with black bangs and blonde ends would take an order one drink at a time, instead of taking the whole order and then starting it. I also ordereda water, and instead of making the easiest drink first they just forgot about it? Please take your business elsewhere.

1) The staff member who takes orders doesn't greet customers warmly. When I ask for recommendations on popular drinks, they seem uninterested. 2) They seem to struggle with making Frappuccinos; my orders frequently taste more like iced coffee. 3) It can be hard to find the sandwiches and baked goods available during the day.

The Starbucks inside Target was quite disappointing. The staff here didn’t live up to expectations, and the drinks I ordered were so poorly made that I could have made them myself—and they would have tasted better. Just got a coffee from the nastiest employee ever. I have never seen anyone so rude. No smiles, bad attitude. This is the most convenient store to my house but im not coming back. $5 for a coffee and I get served by employees that are not happy. Worriedthey are underpaid?
