Today, I went to the restaurant with my dad for breakfast and drinks. I specifically asked for my drink to be hot, as it usually is. Sky took my order but made it iced instead. I didn’t mind informing her that it should have been hot—I even apologized twice, though I shouldn’t have had to, as it wasn’t my mistake. She appeared frustrated and responded with an annoyed sigh before turning away to fetch a hot drink, displaying a disrespectful attitude the whole time. The restaurant was not busy at all, so there was no reason for her behavior. While mistakes can happen, rudeness is not acceptable. I hope they can work on improving their customer service!

My drive-thru experience today left much to be desired. The drink I received was made incorrectly; it was warm and didn’t have any cream. When I requested a new one, I was offered cream on the side, but since the drink was already filled to the brim, that wasn't a feasible solution. I sensed some attitude when I turned down that option, as I knew it wouldn't fix the issue. Ultimately, the replacement drink only had three ice cubes added and was still unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, I got a bagel but no utensils or napkins. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I always enjoy visiting this Starbucks whenever I'm in this part of California. The service is fast, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the parking lot, which can be a bit challenging. You have to be cautious when backing out since some drivers don’t seem to pay attention—they just reverse or pull up right behind you and stop. It almost feels like they're daring you to hit them! Despite the tricky parking, the coffee and service here are excellent.

Drive thru was horrible today. Made the drink wrong, was warm and without any cream, and when asked to remake right was offered cream on the side to put it in myself when the drink was already filled to the top. I was given attitude when I didn?t want todo that because it was still going to be bad. She gives it back with 3 ice cubes in it and is no better than the first time.Then was given a bagel without any sort of utensils or napkins.
I like stopping here when I am on this side of California. The service is quick and the employees are always happy. The only down side is that the parking lot is dangerous! Be careful if you are backing out. People do not look, they just back up ordrive right behind you and sit. It feels as though they are almost asking you to hit them! All I can say is the location isdangerous but the coffee and service is great.
Honestly the staff is pretty great but this location has so many random closures. Come an hour before close, randomly closed early that day. Come in the middle of the afternoon. Closed again. This Starbucks has been our local go to for a couple yearsnow and it's been randomly closed over 12-20 times during that duration. No other Starbucks in the city closes during their openhours as often as this one.
During my visit today, I specifically asked for my frappuccino to be "creamier and less liquid." I was told, "We will try." Unfortunately, what I received was still quite watery. This is the third time in less than three weeks that I've faced this issue at this location. Other locations I've visited have no problem adding ice to achieve the creamy texture that a frappuccino is meant to have.

The staff is very welcoming and greets you right away. They make sure to check in from time to time to see how everything is. The drinks are fantastic.
Once I returned to camp, I hurried to the airport and managed to escape. The takeaway? Don't bring Starbucks to Africa.
