This location can be a hit or miss between orders. I got my order of 3 drinks. I got my chai tea latte and it was weak, despite another location having the same flavor every single time. The Holiday manor location has the same level of flavor every time. It was definitely not made the same. I also got a hot chocolate and it was so weak, and it was a whole new level of weak.There was not one ounce of chocolate in there and I also got shorted quite a bit of drink, like over an inch was missing. It tasted like milk and peppermint syrup. I gave up and added a packet of hot chocolate I had at home, but considering how much these drinks are, I shouldn't have to. I am a student who takes time almost every Wednesday morning to study in the cafe here. The service is immaculate--the baristas always greet me when I arrive, and several know my order now. The baristas are always smiling and seem happy to help, even though customer service is a difficult and often exhausting job. The music is great (they have jazz on while I'm writing this), the cafe is comfortable, and the atmosphere is friendly. The product quality is outstanding, and my order is always completed quickly. My coffees are always delicious, and my food is always warm and hits the spot every time. The baristas here go above and beyond... Love you all to death!-Aris
I had no problems with my drink, but I noticed that every table needed cleaning, and the furniture and overall space were in poor condition. I spent about 90 minutes there, and the staff didn't check or clean the lobby even once, despite it being quite slow. The restroom was in dire need of cleaning, with visible stains under the toilet seat. I understand that maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and restrooms isn't the most glamorous task, but it significantly impacts the customer experience.
There's a bee infestation on the patio. Anaphylactic shock is real for some people and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if you get swarmed by bees just being out front on the patio. None of the other stores around here have this problem. Please get a trap or spray. I love this place but I just can't handle getting stung and having my throat close up. Great service, great products, great people, but please get rid of the bees.

Im not a big fan of starbucks not just the corporation but also the price/quality of the drinks. Not worth it in my opinion, would rather support a mom and pop shop and get better service at a fair price.
The chai latte with a shot of honey is absolutely delicious! However, I still consider Starbucks to be a bit of a luxury.
The coffee was great, but the music in the café was too loud, which made it challenging to use the Wi-Fi for work.
Coffee was good but not great here. Was missing flavoring from other Starbucks I have visited.
