Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I really wish I could give zero stars. I'm not surprised, just disappointed by another ridiculous decision from corporate (as a former Starbucks employee). They've chosen to permanently cover up all the outlets in their lobby to "deter the homeless population from loitering." That's all I need to say. I used to study here frequently, but I won’t be returning — it's ridiculous from both an ethical and practical perspective. Food rating: 1.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The service was impeccable, receiving a solid 5 stars for attentiveness and friendliness. The atmosphere was equally exceptional, creating a perfect backdrop for our meal. Overall, I would give this restaurant a top rating of 5 across the board!

After twenty minutes, I'm still waiting for my latte. It's not an issue of being understaffed; it seems to be a problem with management. This is by far the least efficient location I've ever encountered.
