I want to express my appreciation to the staff at the Starbucks located in Vons on Colorado Blvd. For the past six months, my 75-year-old mother, Linda, has loved coming to this store. Almost every day, she would walk over from my house, just a block away, to enjoy a cup of coffee and read at one of the tables. Although she now resides in a retirement home, I feel compelled to thank everyone who assisted her at this particular location. Your kindness and care have meant the world to us. Nothing quite like getting home finding out they made your drink wrong. I even bought a pastry with it. Blegh. I don’t have vanilla syrup in my house; this tea latte is terrible. I should’ve known it’d be wrong when they asked me what milk I wanted inside it; I think this location just isn’t familiar with the London Fog recipe or the baristas got lazy bc it started getting busy after me. It’s steamed milk, not 2%. I wrongly assumed they were steaming the 2% milk.
I go to a lot of different Starbucks all over in different cities and states but hand down this Starbucks ALWAYS has the BEST customer service. The employees are ALWAYS so NICE and FRIENDLY. I've been going here for over 6 years and it's constantly the BEST Starbucks ever. It makes your day extra special when you have great customer service . Thank you!!!!
i love the baristas here at this location, they always get my drinks spot on. they are friendly and kind! my favorite starbucks to go to because they go above and beyond with customer service! my order is always made when i’m waiting in line! they are always on it !

This vons is always the slowest Starbucks. They never have enough people working at the same time. It’s always one person stressing to try and get everyone’s orders in. Don’t stop here if you don’t plan on waiting a good 30 minutes or so.

After being turned away from the coffee shop down the street for not wearing masks, we came to this place and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious coffee. 5 stars for their exceptional customer service.
The map indicated there was a drive-thru, but there isn't one. The restaurant is located inside a grocery store. Having a drive-up option is not the same as a drive-thru, especially when you are on crutches.

I visited the restaurant to get one of their refreshing drinks, only to discover that they charge an additional $1 for requesting light ice.
Not a starbucks. Just inside. Luckily the vons actually has internet. There should be a way to filter this like no atms.
