I 'm a small business owner here this morning looking for an outlet so I can knock out a few tasks before my 8am eye doctor appointment across the street. I asked the gentleman making my drink if there were any outlets and he flat-out ignored me. I came back a little louder and positioned myself so that I was 100% clear that he saw me and asked again. This time he looked at me shrugged his shoulders and made some sound/grunt expressing leave me the ! alone but never answered the question. The only way this is acceptable is if this gentleman has a mental health condition and Starbucks is really doing a good job in the community. I absolutely adore this restaurant because of the amazing staff. Normally, I visit in person to enjoy their warm smiles and excellent customer service, but I decided to try their delivery service today. To my delight, the service was still top-notch. Unfortunately, they were out of the dish I wanted, but a staff member called me to offer a substitute. I am grateful for their thoughtfulness instead of simply canceling my order. This restaurant truly knows how to impress their customers!
It's my birthday today! The guy at Starbucks told me I could get a free coffee through the app. I've had the app for nine years and even showed it to him, but he couldn't find the button for the free coffee. I showed him my ID that proves it's my birthday, but he still said he couldn't give me a free coffee. However, he did give me a cup of hot water, so I ended up making my own little birthday celebration!
The service at this restaurant is fantastic, with friendly staff who greet you with a smile! After a long flight, we arrived in the area and were in need of coffee and breakfast. Luckily, this place opens early at 6am for early risers like me! We ordered our coffees and breakfast sandwiches, then took a seat inside to enjoy the view of the city as we sipped on our coffee.

I love the staff at this Starbucks. I frequent this location mostly due to the morning baristas—a group of friendly women who always make each morning the best with their cheery attitudes And amazing drinks. Shoutout to Kayla who is the absolute BEST. The location is clean and welcoming, and the outside patio space is perfect now that the weather is warming up.
Starbucks is famous for a reason. Good coffee, friendly staff, and all at a reasonable price. It will always be my go to coffee place if there isn't a local coffee shop that needs support. The food is reasonable but don't expect full meals. They pretty much have on the go food to tied you over until a bigger meal.
Shawn is an amazing employee!! He was very polite to me when I entered the restaurant, and although the person who initially made my drink did a poor job and it tasted terrible, Shawn graciously offered to remake it. The new drink was absolutely delicious! 10/10 for customer service.
This store is great, staff is always friendly. I just wish they would properly make the iced tea and shake them as per the company standard.
