Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Waited in line for literally 5 minutes, not even a hello, one of the barista went to the restroom and the other kept doing her stuff. Completely ignored me, an acknowledgment would have been nice. I don’t mind waiting but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at the starbucks. Staff was lacking energy as well no usual charm behind the counter.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks a couple times over the past few months and the staff is exceptional!! A really sweet girl, (I forget her name) she has blonde hair and every time I’ve seen her had it up in pigtails, is always so sweet and a pleasure to see. Excellent customer service!

I asked for water on the side, and the girl said NO.WHAT A POOR SERVICE!!She seems to be nice to other customers... but me...visited on the morning of August 19th... her shift ended at 11am.

I love the little terrace that this has. Staff are nice and kind.
