The service was quick but unfortunately, when I ordered a chocolate chip mocha Frappuccino, I received a plain mocha Frappuccino instead. I almost didn't accept it, but I realized they may not have heard me properly due to the mask. I didn't enjoy the drink at all, so I ended up throwing it in the trash as it lacked any mocha flavor.

I ordered a caramel brûlée latte and a hot chocolate. The caramel brûlée latte had very little coffee and they mistakenly gave me a bitter dark roast coffee instead of the hot chocolate I ordered. They refused to exchange it or correct the mistake. Additionally, they would not allow me to use the scan to pay Dieucks app.

The young lady at the register was awesome. She recommended a drink she makes herself, a sweet cream with double white chocolate and I’m not too sure what else was in it but it was phenomenal for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. Very much appreciate the friendly customer service!

Honestly, I witnessed some of the worst customer service at this restaurant. I saw a customer being harshly scolded by the manager. After seeing that, I decided to cancel my order politely and quietly said, "I won't be returning." And to think, this all happened at a hospital.

I ordered a shaken espresso with light ice, but unfortunately, it came with a surprisingly large amount of ice and wasn't mixed properly. It was a disappointing experience. However, I must say that the customer service was excellent.

The restaurant practices social distancing, but I find it unsettling when looking inside at the messy coffee counter. They don't clean promptly, but overall it's okay.
