I ordered a drink extra hot and was told that is 180° and they can 't push it as many other locations do. Totally fine. However, when I got my drink (as delicious as it was , it was nowhere near anyone 's definition of extra hot. I order from this location several times a month as well as from 2 others in the area, so I feel confident in this statement. I nicely asked for it to be made hotter. The batista at the window barely acknowledged me, then gave my drink to another barista. I got my drink back pretty quickly (I know they are supposed to remake, but honestly I feel bad about that so I normally ask if they can just heat it more...am always told no. This time she didn 't give me a chance...
The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly and attentive. They greet me by name and remember my order without fail. Even during busy periods, they are efficient and attentive when preparing drinks and ensuring that customers are happy. This is my favorite spot to stop at on my way to work.
I'm clean n employees are nice, but there's this one hired person standing above the rest I didn't get his names, but his very nice n always greets u with a smile n is very friendly, he asks how you're going day as if he really care..i wish everyone died I've been the same kind of coworkers.
order a trente vanilla cold brew custom made on my lust over app. it took a while to finish my order. I ordered ahead and had to wait. Otherwise, the drink was good, and I don't like anyone who looks over my shoulder to see what I'm doing to the devil, especially no employees.

Best Starbucks ever it was the fastest Starbucks experience ever!! I never leave reviews but this one just amazed me it looked like I was going to be there for 30 minutes but I was there for at least 10!! With 8 cars in front of me!!
I was outside when a woman approached me and told me I couldn't vape. I tried to explain that I was outside, not inside, and to mind her own business.
ALWAYS gets my drinks wrong, if i’m paying extra for pumps/scoops/ or different milk. i expect them to be in the drink.
The person who took my order was somewhat impolite and I didn't appreciate their attitude.
