This is not the best Starbucks but they get four stars for having quick service and the standard Starbucks fare. If you get there early in the morning, there is typically no line at the drive-thru.The parking lot for this Starbucks is horribly designed and the drive-thru is even worse. It is especially at the apex of a U-turn. If you have a larger car, it is impossible to get close to the callbox. I have seen lines here back up to ten cars. The wait can be long, so if you are in a hurry, this is not your spot.On this particular visit, I went inside to avoid the drive-thru line and ended up leaving before placing an order. During my visit, I encountered Joanna, who was incredibly rude and the worst person I have ever encountered at a business. When I asked her a question about my drink, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face. It came as no surprise that three other one-star reviewers also mentioned her. I will not be returning to this establishment due to her unacceptable behavior. It is concerning to see how many complaints have been made about her. I urge management to address this employee's lack of basic manners and customer service skills.
the man who works in the drive thru is horrible. i believe his name is joanna-or at least that’s what the name tag says .he’s extremely rude i ask for straws every time and it always seems to be a problem. the tone of his voice is very condescending- i asked for straws as he handed me one drink and he closed the window as he handed me my last drink i asked again. he looked at me and rolled his eyes. then handed me the straws- i said thank and he simply closed the window. starbucks please teach this man some manners.
I am writing about an experience at the restaurant where a server named Joanna was exceptionally rude to me and my friends. We had placed two online orders and were missing items when we picked them up. Every time we brought this to Joanna's attention, she responded with eye rolls and dismissive behavior. I rarely write negative reviews and I think it is one of the better dieucks, but the person joanna is so rude and condescending. my daughter and I were so upset after our experience with her. She really needs some retraining and probably shouldn't be in a customer position. I hope I never have to interact with someone who is always terrible.
Funny, the last 1 star review at this location the exact same person mentioned, Joanna. I go to this Starbucks somewhat often and every time I have Joanna take my order it's always non-stop attitude, I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but he has a real attitude problem. This person should not be working customer service.
Very nice Starbucks. It happens to be adjacent to our hair salon so it's convenient when my wife or myself is getting a haircut and the other is waiting in the car (due to COVID restrictions prohibiting waiting in the salon. The Starbucks has a small but pleasant outdoor seating area.
I absolutely adore Starbucks, but I would suggest they create a strawberry açaí lemonade in a pink drink bottle, similar to what you can find in grocery stores and vending machines. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora
