I wanted to treat myself this morning before work. I never do as it's a bit of a rush. I ordered when I dropped my son off at school and it said it would be ready by 7:32am. I was the only one in the store when I went to pick it up. After a few minutes an employee asked my name and I told her. She nodded and went back to working. I'm starting to get anxious as my drink isn't ready yet and it feels like I've been waiting a while. A man comes in with a dog and two employees chat with him for a while. I'm still waiting. An employee asks me again what my name is and then tells me they don't have my order. I go to my car to get my phone and come back in to show them that my drink should have been...
I ordered 4 drinks through Skip to enjoy on a dissapointing day to have half of them made wrong and then got told Well, that 's the risk of using a 3rd party app when I called and asked if it was possible to get them remade because one of them wasn 't even CLOSE to what I ordered. It wasn 't a complicated order or an unreasonable request when YOU messed up. Not impressed at all.
I wish I could give the service double that!! I went in with a pretty strong dislike of coffee but wanted to broaden my horizons. I asked for a suggestion and I absolutely loved the first thing Henry and Ariana picked for me! I’ve been addicted ever since and I thought it would take a long time to find a coffee I’d actually enjoy!
I wanted to update my review and give Meg a shoutout.I came in looking for a pick-me-up, and asked if there was anything decaffeinated on the menu.Meg asked me questions to figure out my tastes, and then made a lovely latte with a flavour shot.I appreciated the time Meg took to help me out with my order!

I love this place so much! One person that makes it better is the worker named Fernando who is always positive and nice. He’s always in a good mood and makes me feel welcomed in my happy place. He is my bestfriend for life! GIVE HIM A RAISE?
The drinks are decent, but the service is exceptionally poor. Every person working here seems to be in a bad mood. This is my third visit and each time, without fail, the staff have a bad attitude.
The female staff members at the counter were extremely friendly! The ambience was great and the bathrooms were clean. The Blue Raspberry Drink was fantastic!
I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant. I usually prefer Maxwell House coffee made at home.

Lovely little place but the muffin was dry and the coffee was just terrible.
