Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

Asked to use Rewards for a drink, which they acknowledged, but then proceeded to scan my app and use pre-loaded money for transaction. When I asked what I did wrong, they instead pretended to be talking to barista and ignored me, waiting for me to give up and pay or just walk away. Starbucks not doing so great lately.

Oct 25th, 2023My espresso was too watery, tasted like a regular coffee. No idea who owns it, probably the Target. I’m gonna avoid Starbucks at other shops (grocery stores, etc). Not ready to pay $4,35 for a quad of weak espresso.

My order had a slight issue, but I asked them to fix it and was very impressed. Batina made a fix immediately and was very polite, even though it was very busy at the time.
