Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I visited this restaurant to pick up a mobile order I placed, and only had to wait a few minutes. I didn't mind the short wait since the store was quiet and empty at that early hour. The restaurant is nicely decorated with holiday decorations and has comfortable seating. The Caramel Brûlée Latte was delicious as always. I'm not sure if it's worth the price, but it definitely provided a nice caramel flavor and warmth on a chilly morning in Pennsylvania.

This Starbucks is the nearest one to me, so I have visited a few times in the past. However, recently I have had some disappointing experiences. The barista I interacted with was very rude and seemed indifferent to providing good customer service. As a result, I have decided to stop coming to this Starbucks. I would rather drive further to a different location where I can receive better service and where the staff are more knowledgeable and attentive.

A friend took me for coffee. I normally do not frequent Starbucks because honestly they are a little expensive for my taste but I will say the White Chocolatey coffee drink was delicious and I enjoyed it so much that it could drive me back to Starbucks one more time.

The coffee at this place is nearly as bitter as the employees. I have visited a few times now and each experience has been increasingly disappointing. The establishment is also quite unclean. I even spotted a cockroach on the counter near the drive-thru window! Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant has a great staff and an okay staff. It is convenient. The food is rated 5 out of 5, the service is rated 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is rated 4 out of 5.

Horrible service. Longer than normal wait times. The cashier was rude AND tried to keep my credit card. Will NEVER return!!!

Drive thru very slow, beverage was good just had to wait a long time even tho ordered by mobile app.
