Ugh, started fine with order taking. We ordered coffee drink, 2 cake pops and 3 donuts(we have children) Then after 5 mins, I got the coffee drink. So I waited in line again to ask about the donuts and cake pops. They had a teenage boy in charge of filling all the food orders and he was backed up with microwave hot items. So, I asked the original order taker if I could get my 3 donuts and 2 cake pops. Of course she remembered and told me to wait a minute, she would fill the order. She handed me the food in a bag and we left. Got home and noticed she only gave us 1 cake pop. Further, the donuts were plastic wrapped, which made them soggy on the outside but very dry. This is an excellent Starbucks! Unlike many others overwhelmed by drive-thru traffic, long lines, and a chaotic atmosphere, this location feels calm and relaxed. There's plenty of parking available here—unlike the Central Street locations in Evanston—and you won't have to trek far from your car to the store, as you might at Old Orchard. Plus, you won't have to contend with drive-thru customers blocking access to the entrance. This has quickly become our go-to Starbucks!
Becca is the amazing lady who really made my day easier. My daughter was upset about her haircut and Becca gave us a cake pop. My daughter asked her if it was kosher. Becca went and checked. Then she said it wasn't but the lemon cake was. She gave my daughter a piece of lemon cake. My daughter stopped crying and was so much happier after that. Becca I'll never forget you! Your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten!
I was in this location this morning and had a very bad experience. There were multiple people working behind the counter, yet I was left standing there over 10 minutes waiting to place my order and no one approached me. I finally left and went elsewhere and was treated with respect. Very poor customer service here

The restaurant closes at 2:00, even with 15 customers seated outside. It's a very busy Starbucks, and I don't understand why it closes so early. However, I do want to commend the excellent customer service when it's open. Please don't suggest I visit the other locations nearby.
Long wait and then it took them 3 times to remake my simple drink (3 shots espresso, iced, with dash of cream). The bathrooms were also surprisingly gross and dirty.I remember this location being better…Going to the Starbucks in Evanston or off Dundee from now on.
I completely understand if the store is understaffed but it should never take thirty minutes to make a coffee. There were probably 10 orders, maybe 15 infront of mine and even with two employees there's no reason why it should take this long, I'm sorry
Each time I order my drink, I request no foam, yet they always seem to add it! It feels like I'm just drinking foam!
