Always SO slow. Every time I come in there’s one guy making drinks and like three or four people loitering, cleaning, organising and reorganising things, etc. Today I actually took the time to write a review because I ordered a drink 10 minutes before arriving, and not only was it not done yet, but I waited another 10 minutes in store for it to be made. Because one guy was working and three other people that could have been chipping away at orders were just… opening wrappers of cup stacks and emptying jugs. No doubt those things needed to be done, but priority on efficient service is just not there. Drink was good tho! Just can’t believe it took that long…
This is a typical Starbucks. On the positive side, it's clean, modern, and has pleasant lighting. However, my main issue with this location is not the atmosphere, but rather one of the staff members. I waited at least two minutes before anyone greeted me or indicated they would take my order. I was the only one in line at the time, while other customers around me were already seated and being served. I didn't even receive any acknowledgment during my wait. They can definitely improve on their service.
The food is delicious and the staff is super nice! The manager was kind enough to provide me with a cup of water; being he noticed I didn't purchase a beverage with my meal.This is an example of going beyond customer service but treating another person as though their a family member in need.
The food and coffee are typical of any Starbucks. The staff is kind, friendly, patient, and helpful. However, I believe that any establishment that serves food should prevent customers from bringing their pets inside or kindly ask them to leave.
