Worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. I?m originally from Connecticut visiting Mississippi for the first time the way I was treated by your employee I believe her name is Tabitha was disgusting! Shame on you first off we called at 9:00pm asking if we could get service if we arrived at 9:20pm. She claimed that if we arrived before 9:30pm we would get service so why the attitude. My husband is a truck driver and we just wanted some good coffee before heading to Florida! She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and an attitude for no apparent reason. After being trapped in the drive through for half hour and making me late for an appt, the two girls at the window had no idea how to utilize the Starbucks app. They should at least get rid of that median. Last time someone's car stalled out and I was stuck and ended up late for work. Imagine explaining that one. App or not, your not getting through there in less than 25 min.

drink can be hit miss. if it's busy being ready to wait, possibly forget or messed up their order. the staff can be friendly, but can say most employees are just there to do a job.

I love dieucks, I get the carmel band crunch, try it, it's delicious, ask her for it sweet, or just coffee based, I get milk base sometimes, but it's great.

My new favorite drink from Starbucks is Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe with double shot! So yummy!
