Customer service is not so great. Ordered on mobile arrived ten minutes after estimated time and still waited another 20 min for one Frappe. I know it was busy so i waited patiently but no one was available to attend any waiting customers. Plenty of employees but most were in the back and glanced over a bit but never asked what i was waiting for even said excuse me but no one responded. Went to the cashier to ask nicely if my order was ready she said “ the guys are working on it” had already received part of my other order proceeded to wait another ten min. I feel so bad for the partners working at this Starbucks. Not even once have I felt a managers presence at this store. I have left multiple times without drinks after waiting 20-30 minutes but I do not blame the partners. These partners have no supportwhatsoever. They appear overworked, undervalued, and lost. Where is the District Manager? Why is the store held to the samestaffing rules as smaller neighborhood stores? I worked in Starbucks Management for 10 years, I know exactly what is happeninghere. I hope these partners can find better jobs soon, Unionize, or MAYBE corporate steps up and brings in strong, dedicated (tothe PARTNER EXPERIENCE) leadership that will actually work on the floor...
I genuinely enjoy the early morning service at Starbucks, particularly from Hung, who is consistently cheerful and accommodating. He always makes sure I get exactly what I want with his attentive inquiries. This location is conveniently situated next to my girlfriend's place, so I visit often for coffee and other items from their menu. I've never had a bad experience here. It's also worth mentioning that they have a drive-through option, which I think is the only choice after a certain hour, as the inside may be locked near closing time.
I came in and ordered a water. After waiting 10 minutes and every person who ordered after me got their drink, I asked for my water. They finally handed it to me. Because the water was free they ignored my order ? I just walked 4 miles. I was sweatingbullets. I needed that water in this +100? heat. Why did they make me wait so long, because I didn?t have to pay for an overpriced sugary drink ? Sorry they?re just too rude for me

I have to say I go to a lot of Starbucks during my week! I love Starbucks coffee .. BUT I HAVE TO DAY THIS ONE STORE IS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN to ! The service is SLOW ! , Employees are RUDE ! STORE IS DIRTY in OUT ! I make sure my neighbors in apartment know how bad it is ! It's a shame because bits so close .. but worth the drive to get better service else where !! Giving them one star is TOO mich .. horrible !
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to this Starbucks for their exceptional service. Although I can't recall the name of the wonderful young woman who assisted me, she truly went above and beyond while I was rushing for work. I appreciate her and the entire staff for their remarkable hospitality. And of course, a big shout out to Starbucks too!
If you are using credit card, mame sure the drive in is accepting it because sometimes the machine could be down. You can alwys use card payment inside. (Something does not compute).
The drive-thru service was extremely slow; we ended up waiting for 5 minutes before anyone approached us to take our order.

By far the best Starbucks. Its clean and the workers do a good job making your order. Excellent service!!!
The manager went out of her way to make sure we were good. It's the little things I really appreciate.
