Walked in to pick up a mobile order, lady who finally greeted me wouldn't make eye contact and seemed put out. When I finally picked up my order, I rushed out because she set a bad tone for me. I arrive to work only to find she gave me a completely wrong item! So disappointed, but not surprised....I should've gone through the drive through!
Not my usual Starbucks, but I have been here several times before, and never have I felt this much disregard or respect from the employees previouslyOh well, i guess this Starbucks doesn't really care anymore if they treat customers that are not regulars with respect or acceptable service quality ?
Sarah is truly amazing! She has the most upbeat and positive greeting in the early morning! She already knows my order when she sees me and always has a kind word to help start my day. I've never had an issue with my food or service at this particular location...very pleased!
Stopped by at 8:30 pm tonight and the doors were already locked. According to their posted hours they are open until 9:00 pm. Do you close at 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm? Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent! Please note that soy is available for an additional charge due to dietary restrictions.
Just that the sales person needs to know her drinks especially if someone is new first time
