Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

I came here for some caffeine and told the guy at the window I didn't like coffee but I need caffeine for 2 exams I had to write. He cared and was nice. He seemed more on the feminine side possibly gay. I tend to get a lot of attitude or bad vibes from people like that unfortunately, but this guy was super kind! Even had small talk when I got to the window. If I had cash on me I definitely would have tipped him!! Could tell he was a good genuine guy!! Good Job dude! He was working the windowJuly 20th 2023 around 6:15ish. Hope him or his boss can see this and give him credit! God bless!

Honestly nothing wrong with the drinks or the staff, but I got two iced drinks and asked for the little sticker to put over the spout of the lid so the drinks don’t slosh all over the car and make a mess but the employee (no fault of hers) said “my manager says we’re not allowed to give those out because they’re too expensive.” Like, what?! A billion dollar company can’t give out two lid stoppers after I spent almost $20 on 2 drinks? Ridiculous. Do better.

I ordered an apple crisp macchiato and I got a shaken espresso with no apple crisp in it. I also ordered for decaf but I got it fully caffeinated. The drink was also really water down and gross. When we got up to the window, the lady that rang us up had really bad attitude and didn’t listen to us. I asked multiple times to put in my associate Number, but was it was blatantly ignored. Also, they had no milk? Didn’t offer me a discount.

I got a strawberry açaí lemonade and cinnamon dolce cappuccino with oat milk.The strawberry açaí lemonade was so watered down, and in the cinnamon dolce they gave me regular milk not oat milk!I don’t know if they were just being lazy or if they were out of product but in that case they should have said something. This Starbucks is much more chill than many of the others we have been to. The staff have been friendly and prompt with service. We like stopping here on the way to other places. It's easy to park in the lot or go through the drive through.

The baristas were apparently too good to greet the customers and reply to people thanking them. Clean and modern, but it doesn't make for a very welcoming atmosphere.

This place has no customers for a reason. Took 5 minutes for a pastry that I guess was supposed to be warm because it took 5 minutes and I still got a cold one?
