Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a medicine ball from this Starbucks on Saturday. I had not eaten or drank anything prior. I became very ill and vomited 3 times! I called the store, just to inform them and the shift manager said no one has ever gotten sick from our drinks. I told her I was not looking for anything but thought they should be aware since something in the drink made me very ill. She then said she would review the expiration date on the lemonade concentrate. Never asked how I was doing or for my name. Ice been a loyal Starbucks customer for years. Never had anything like this happen and was very disappointed in their response.

Girl named Ashley was harassing and harassing!!! Trying to think of a drink and she said under her breath any day now... what kind of customer service is that... then when paying she's rushing me when I'm looking for my card!!!!!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 2 cake pops and a bottle of water. Seem nice enough but that’s crazy slow. I wouldn’t want to be here for morning
