They don’t do mobile orders (i like it cause I can customize the order myself and it just saves time so when I get there I can just pick it up) … some staff don’t kno how to put money in the mobile app gift cards, they have a scanner but they just decide to put the mobile gift card number manually, and it takes forever… someone didn’t even kno what to do for that… it just seems like they are very untrained… and I like this location cause it’s close and convenient right on campus for the morning cause the next closet one is too far for me to get to in the morning… and Starbucks is my favorite place for morning coffee and bakery items… thank you
On February 15th, I decided to treat myself and my special needs client to breakfast. I went through the drive-thru, and I was quite taken aback when the employee instructed me to take the card reader and swipe my own card. I found this to be very rude and felt it undermined the concept of customer service. It's important to train your staff so that customers don’t leave with the impression that they would never want to return. Thank you.
I drove to this Starbucks because Google Maps indicated there was a drive-thru. However, when I arrived at the location, I couldn't find any sign of Starbucks. I even circled back to double-check. It appears to be located inside a student facility of St. Rose College, which has now gone out of business. So, unfortunately, I found no drive-thru and no coffee for me.
I had a disappointing experience at this café due to the barista's disrespectful behavior. She was rude when I asked her to add caramel to my order, telling me to back up. To make matters worse, she started laughing with her coworkers about me, which made me feel unwelcome.

2.20.19 Larger SB in an old former Mexican restaurant Taco ? Pronto with lots of space to spread out but too many students sucking up places to sit. Good if you can get a seat ?. the Doctor Hit me with some BIG LOVE ? and a helpful VOTE! Written 2.20.19 the Doc!
Friendly baristas who remember their regulars and strive to take care of customers. I have never been disappointed and more often delighted. Feel free to stop by and order your favorite, you will be glad you did.
Great drive thru experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful when ordering and the drinks were made perfectly. The breakfast sandwiches we’re also great. Love the bacon Gouda!
The drive thru is very efficient and fast. The drinks always come out perfect and taste great. The inside has a lot of seating and is always busy. Great location.
