Really wanted to like this location. I always order mobile pickup on the Starbucks app. First time they messed up my order I had ordered an iced lavender latte, and they gave me matcha? I waited for them to remake it, mistakes happen. Second time they messed up my order (once again an iced lavender latte) they handed me oat milk with ice? Tasted horrible. So I went back through the drive thru for them to remake it. I thought maybe they were training someone new? Not a big deal. This store is absolutely awful. My bacon Gouda was still cold in the middle. My drink was made wrong and when I asked to have it remade the barista kindly redid it but it was still wrong. This store lacks training. On top of that I got a glimpse of the back of line floors and they were absolutely disgusting, the trashes were all overflowing and it smelled like pee on the outdoor furniture. I also overheard a barista crying to the other barista that they wouldn’t get out of there until 1am tonight because no one helped them get anything done all day and the new store manager refused to help them. Lately they have been having issues with supplies and staff. Really affects the wait time and quality of the drink. At the drive through they told me they had to close 20 to 30 minutes because somebody called off, they were running out if ingredients to make the drinks and needed to get caught up.

Three cars in front of me at the drive thru, took 20 minutes to pick up my mobile app order. And it was the wrong drink. I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes so I just left. Only giving it 4 stars because someone almost took my drink. Nobody called my name to tell me my drink was ready but it was Short staffed and they still got my drinks out in a good timely manner. Vary friendly people too.

I went in around 7pm and the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru, and there was literally only 1 person there who looked barely a day over 16. Is that even legal? This new management is terrible.

Omg, have not been here in years and to my surprise the tall is actually a short. The very cheek. ‍ One, no let me stop exaggerating, two slurps and it was gone, I enjoyed it though.

Closed at 5:30 because we were too busy . I came at 8pm and 3 partners were still in the store. That 's called milking the clock

Service was horrible, I guess they just assume EVERYONE that has ever been is a regular, it was my 1st time
