I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of half and half, but the drink I received was completely white and filled with heavy cream. When I mentioned the excessive amount of cream to the female worker, she ignored me. I attempted to drink it, but couldn't due to the overwhelming creaminess. Upon returning to request a replacement, I found the girl sitting at a table on her phone. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired about when she would be available to assist me. She informed me that she was on a lunch break and wouldn't be able to help for another hour. I always need my strong coffee with double shots of espresso. In the past, they would at least offer to make dark roast for me, but now they just say they don't make it after 10. It seems like the staff at most Starbucks locations are new, and as a result, the customer service has declined. It feels like these employees are rushed through training and put into a busy environment without the necessary experience to handle a hectic Saturday in a bustling market. I truly hope that Starbucks gets their act together, starts prioritizing their employees, and gets back on the right track.

Cheyenne is very rude for no apparent reason. Made my drinks wrong three times then had an attitude when I politely told her my drink is wrong .she then proceeded with handing my drink and straw all rudely. I love Starbucks and this is not the atmosphere I look forward to interacting with nor do I want to correlate Starbucks with rude customer service so she needs to go or get retrained on learning how to be nice to customers .. people go for an experience not for rude tones, gestures, and eye rolls Thank you . ????

This Starbucks crew had the worst service I have ever experienced. Four young employees in their twenties who acted like customers should feel fortunate that they were even working. There was no greeting, they made snide comments towards customers, and did not say thank you. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff, who appeared to be in their early twenties, acted like they were doing us a favor by even working there. There was no greeting, they made rude comments about customers, and did not even say thank you.

I guess I can understand. But, my bakery item was not with my mobile order when I came for pickup. I had to wait in line to tell them something was missing. Maybe they don't put food items out until requested. Still, hot and tasty beverage.

Too expensive, coffee is bitter and they don't have decaffeinated coffee brewed. It's made up, ONE cup at a time. Ridiculous
