This is not one of my favorite Starbucks stores. I?ve ordered several times via mobile app. Even made the order at least 15 minutes before I got there and I still end up waiting. It?s hit or miss with the staff here especially if they don?t know you. I can?t believe I?m saying this about Starbucks) however this store I try to avoid. My coworkers and I have discussed this store and although I?ve never waited longer than 15 minutes I have a coworker that waited at least 30 minutes for her order. ????????
The menu is quite limited, and the space could use some attention, as housekeeping and the bathrooms are seldom cleaned or restocked. They were unable to make cold brew coffee, using blonde roast coffee instead, and they don't grind their own beans—there was no coffee aroma at all. This place could really benefit from a visit and assistance from the regional manager, who seems to come around infrequently.

The staff is friendly, but the restaurant is seriously understaffed, and the quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired. I've started going to another Starbucks a few miles away. They really need to hire more employees to reduce the one-hour wait during peak times!

On a Monday morning around 11:30 am door was locked and the store was closed. FedEx even tried to deliver. Not sure why they were closed but it?s certainly a waste of time and money to drive to Starbucks and find out they are closed during regular business hours
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Starbucks. The four-shot caramel macchiato tasted almost like just plain milk. The violet drink was completely different from what I've had before, and the store didn't include any blackberries in it at all.
It was so but so packed I waited for a good 10 minutes in line and this wasn't even moving. I left without being helped. Don't get me wrong I know it's busy I think they're under staff but you know weekends are busy put more people in the shifts.
This is the second time we order from this place, and they decide to close before their posted hours. And by the way, they don?t let you post a review less you are giving them a 3 starts or higher.

one of the best places to relax and enjoy their coffee. the people here are very friendly and welcome with a beautiful positive smile. I was at my iqra with a real and pure smile
I love this Starbucks! To everyone complaining about wait times.. if you don?t online order there?s never a line and your in and out while everyone else is waiting ;
