However, as the cashier poured my coffee, I caught them muttering derogatory comments about me as if I weren’t even there. That was the last straw. I asked the cashier to reverse the charges back to my account, and by then, I was furious. This isn't the first or second time I've experienced such rudeness at this location; it's been a recurring issue over the past four to five years. I've been to this store three times in the last year—it’s conveniently located just a mile away from me. While I’ve had two positive experiences, my third visit was a letdown. After each good experience, I tell myself I won't return to this store, but I sometimes fall back on optimism.

This Starbucks is quite lovely. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There's ample seating, and the floors and tables are kept clean. The area for sweeteners and cream is usually tidy and well-stocked, though it may get a bit messy during busy rush times. Most importantly, the restrooms are well maintained and stocked.
I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order this morning, and the staff were rude. On top of that, the coffee I received didn’t taste anything like a soy vanilla latte. I will not be returning. The staff definitely need more training in customer service.
I ordered a grande coffee and asked for extra whipped cream while it was being prepared, but the barista outright refused. Since I'm paying for my coffee, I believe it should be made according to my request. I've never had this problem before!

On November 13, 2021, at around 9:00 AM, the manager or supervisor on duty exhibited very rude and unprofessional behavior. It's clear that she needs to enhance her communication skills when dealing with customers.
This place is awful, and I wouldn't recommend anything from here. They take orders in advance, and if you’re not familiar with them, you might end up waiting up to 30 minutes for your items.
I can always find everything I need here, the staff is consistently friendly, and I can't help but have my own little dance party every time I visit. The music is fantastic!
