My favorite spot! The staff is consistently friendly and attentive! I visited last week, and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. I opted to go inside and placed my order while waiting for it to be ready. The manager came around to everyone, sincerely apologizing for the delay due to a large order they were assembling, and she handed out $4 Starbucks cards to everyone inside. While that was nice, what really stood out to me was when the chaos settled down—she praised her team, saying, "Great job, team!" We had a fantastic experience! While on our travels, we decided to stop at the drive-thru here. We requested an Undertow (a popular unofficial drink among baristas), and they assured us they could make it. When we arrived at the window, they handed it to us with a friendly hope that we would enjoy it. I have to say, it was the BEST Undertow we've ever had! A huge thank you to the team here. Everything else we ordered was equally impressive!
The restaurant was not open at 6:10 AM despite Google stating that it opens at 5:30. They need to either update their Google information or ensure that their employees arrive on time. From what I've heard about this Starbucks, it seems to be one of the worst in Birmingham. It appears to be poorly managed.
I'll go here once every couple of months and every time I'm reminded why I stopped going. The latest mishap? Took more than 15 minutes to throw prepackaged bread in a toaster oven. Coffee shops are convenience purchases, and if it's taking that long thenI may as well save my money and do it myself

Super sweet staff, drive through is a bit small but they can't help that. They don't mind fixing any orders that they've gotten wrong and that's if it's wrong. Always clean and you get greeted no matter if your picking up, ordering, or in the drivethrough.
The restaurant has become very slow and has unusual closing hours. I would give their takeout service a rating of 1 out of 5. The meal I ordered was a different option, and the price per person was approximately $1 to $10.
