I am very upset at the worker there he closed the location when he saw me looking at the menu this isn’t the first time he has done something like this when I asked him a question he had a attitude about it and gave his back to me and put his headphone on and walked away from me and many other people have told me they have had this same issue with this person.
Today is Tuesday it is 10:20 am the lady at the Counter is super rude, I was her only customer and she was quite rude, I asked her about the crowded wrap and she didn't know what I was talking about, and a lady who was nearby listened and I talk to himharshly and he said spinach egg wrap there are many people outside wanting to work this lady does not want to

I usually don't have problems at this location, but today was frustrating. A staff member insisted that she served my venti drink in a trenti cup instead of just adding more from a new carton of soy milk. I know that isn't true! Usually I have not issues with this Starbucks. Today the lady tried to tell me she was giving me my Venti in a Trenti cup instead of opening a new carton of Soy milk to add more! I'm beyond aggravated!! The cup was obviously a venti and I compared itto the one I had in the car!! Super annoying.
Awful experience! The sign indicated they would be back in 15 minutes, but after waiting that long, nothing changed. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue at this Starbucks. They might as well close this location permanently since it’s frequently out of service.
The coffee shop is situated within a Stop & Shop store. It’s a cozy, laid-back spot, though there is no seating available.
