Rude nasty!!!! I stopped in to this location took note of the signs EVERYWHERE saying that masks are required per local mandate. I walked up to the counter where both baristas were wearing their masks under their chins, with their noses mouthscompletely uncovered. As one walked away I asked why they weren 't wearing their masks in a store that posts signs everywherethat it 's required one scoffed, pointed to her chin huffs I 'm wearing a mask, now do you want something? No. I was notinterested in purchasing a cup of omicron, thank you. Is this really how Starbucks wants their stores represented??
I?ve been to this location twice, an unfortunately I had the same rude experience where one of the baristas with bangs and several peircings was not very welcoming. Despite that I will say my drinks were perfectly made by one of the kind male baristasstanding in the back so i guess in a way that out rules the rude attitude.
I'm in town for business and decided to stop by for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and welcomed me with a smile. My coffee was fresh and hot, and the place was clean. The music created a great atmosphere. I'll definitely return and would recommend this spot to anyone.
Literally the worst attitudes. Don?t ask a question, they will attempt and fail to answer it in a condescending tone with a death glare three times, leaving you and another random patron to guess which drink is yours. Unfriendly and unhappy. I wouldguess a lot of these reviews have been paid for.

The service at Starbucks is quite slow, and the staff can be somewhat unfriendly. Rather than focusing on customers, it appears that the team prefers to engage in conversation with each other. I appreciate my time, and this experience with their menu was disappointing.
Beautiful store and the baristas are awesome. Such a nice place to grab a cup of coffee. Make sure you walk over to the Asylum St side as it?s located in the wrong area on Google Maps. Fantastic experience!
This Starbucks is amazing! When I got there, the line stretched all the way to the stairs with around 25 or 30 people in front of me, but I was served in just five minutes!
I truly appreciate our team. We efficiently serve customers, and I believe my fellow baristas are highly skilled and offer outstanding customer service.

I got a Iced peach green tea lemonade. Had no favor it was colored water. It was no good at all. Not the first time for this location.
One of my favorite Starbucks locations in downtown Hartford. It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.
