I was visiting friends locally and we decided to go out for a coffee. On entering the light airy building, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took our coffee and hot chocolate order. The building had a number of people in...it at the time and the lady member was cleaning and tidying the tables. When our drinks arrived they were hot and delicious! I was chatting to one member of staff who advised they are having a “refit” in January I used the loo before leaning and they were clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have any clean coffee cups available, so I received my drink in a paper cup even though I was dining in, which is not environmentally friendly. Additionally, they were out of oat milk, which is surprising for a busy Starbucks. The restaurant itself appeared modern but was let down by its lack of cleanliness; the seats, tables, and floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while.
This restaurant is a regular stop for me every time I have practice with the marching band in Coseley. It's always the perfect pit stop for my journey and never fails to provide comfort after a long day. After a great time with the band, we both enjoyed chai tea since they didn't have any Christmas drinks available. The service was prompt and lighter before we headed back.
Very good visit recently had a refurb that has worked wonders for the place cleanest Starbucks o have ever visited and the staff are clearly very well trained as every quotation they had an answer for and always had a smile on there face highly...recommended!!

I stopped at the dieucks on the way to a meeting in cheltenham. you have to say that angie and lurk, the two baristas were fantastic. really chat and make a great job. even with my scary stories. Thank you.
would be better if there were more gluten-free options of cake, hot chocolate very milky, but beautiful and hot. baristas were in order, not bad, but not very average. very loud inside.
drinking didn't look like the display photo and when we were asked, we were told that it should be like that. avoid them dieucks from now on, other better options available.
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic - very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The coffee was outstanding and the pain aux raisin was delicious and warm.

Came with friends for hot drinks and cakes. Nice friendly service and plenty staff too so service was excellent! Nice seating area inside.
