I ordered a Strawberry Acai Lemonade, but when I picked it up, it was just pink with no strawberries in sight. When I asked why it looked different from the picture and where the strawberries were, I was told that it was supposed to be the same. Really? I paid $7 for a drink that didn't match the advertisement, and instead of resolving the issue, the staff tried to debate my request for a refund. Where’s the professionalism in that? It would have been better if they had informed me about the missing strawberries when I was ordering, rather than brushing it off after I pointed it out.
I go to a different Starbucks regularly, and I am always charged the same price for my refresher at all other Starbucks. However, this store charged me a whole $1 more for the same drink. I noted that the drink price was cheaper on the board listed behind register. The employee said the manager just hasn't had a chance to change the prices yet. However, the fact that they charged me more than what was advertised in the store is not only wrong, it is also illegal. Won't return to this store as they charge more than all other stores. Disappointed.
The drinks were decent, but our experience was marred by one of the staff members who had an unpleasant attitude. I requested a drink that I usually have hot, but she informed me that it was only available cold. She had dyed hair with side bangs. I found her attitude towards me and my children to be quite disrespectful. Overall, I would rate this experience a -10/10 and I won't be returning.
I visit this place at least twice a week, and each time I'm greeted with warmth, friendliness, and a welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walk in. It’s much closer to my job and feels more personal compared to other Starbucks locations. I will definitely continue to support this store because of the outstanding service and delicious drinks!

Ordered 2 coffees of the exact sane ingredients, one was perfectly made. The other however, was just plain boiling hot coffee, no sweetener, caramel, just a slight amount of pumpkin spice. There's not even seating inside, now that it's cold outside, sitting out on cold metal chairs isn't ideal.
Shout out to the employee tonight making drinks who said “can someone .. anyone.. anyone who’s comfortable , please get this lady a lemon loaf ?!in the midst of the Black Friday madness. Bc she knew I was waiting a long time for it! You’re the goat
Came here after a long day at work the staff did an amazing job at making my day better. They were very kind and helpful. overall the store was very clean and my experience at this location was the absolute best !
A nice Starbucks location in Deer Park Tanger Outlets Mall. Coming here to get coffee during my mall trips is easy and the coffee tastes fresh. Staff is nice.
