The staff here is fantastic, but this Starbucks gets quite chilly in the winter! The parking lot is mostly insufficient for the number of customers, and it doesn’t get plowed, so it's best to avoid coming after a snowstorm. Update: You’ve rated this place very highly. There are plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. The store is extremely clean, and the service remains excellent.
Although super busy during the holiday season, super well staffed and speedy while handling online orders, the drive through, and a line of customers out the door as well. At any other Starbucks you would not find this quality of service. Remember to tip your baristas, and be thankful for them during the holidays.
Feeling a bit under the weather and the Maple Grove Barista hooked me up with a hot tea, called medicine ball. I forgot my credit card at home, and he gifted me my tea on the house!! With extra packets of honey to sweeten the deal!! Def made me feel better!! Thank you!!
Ran my errands with my kids and happened to be in the area. Tried to place a large order but was told by the employee that I was rude when I was trying to give them the business via drive through. Took my money somewhere else. Reserva una mesa ahora
I go there nearly everyday before work and never once have messed up my drink despite how busy they usually are. The same few staff are usually working and they are super nice and efficient too! Thanks Starbucks!
I was shocked with dirty counters garbage inside was full and gross. Bathroom was dirty . I will not comeback. Although staff was super nice the manager has to hire cleaners if possible.
baristas here are always good and there are many rooms and tables to sit down, both personal and a few large tables. some comfortable rooms also. food: 5/5
