A regular Starbucks with friendly staff and average coffee just like most Starbucks. This is of course a matter of taste, but we found the coffee at this location less flavorful (flat whites), regardless of size. The scones are extra dry, and thebreakfast selection average. If the weather permits you can sit outside, or you can use the generous seating area inside thecafé. This is a good option if you stay at the Westin and would like some coffee before 7am, as the restaurant opens only then(the Westin also serves coffee in the bar before 7am, to be fair). great design .. AND .finally got legible menu posted. With post COVID changes unfortunately also came staffing that IS disinterested and unattentive. impersonal coffee making and dead atmosphere along with overdone dark colors make moroseatmosphere. staff too needs some enthusism, smiles and what about a hello , good morning or other basic courtesy??? Food is often on or off with Starbucks--it is definitely off here. Appetizing fresh and varied pastries and breads aremissing here. Maybe a bakery should open next door to Starbucks?
Service is okay-ish. I wanted my re-usable cup filled with espresso and almond milk, they filled it half way and I had to go back and forth between 3 employees for probably 5 minutes just to get them to fill my cup with a little more almond milk. Theyfelt the need to try and pressure me into going back in line at the cash register to pay the extra $1, until a third employeecame up and just gave me some more almond milk. I don?t think being that stingy and annoyed was necessary to be honest, it wasreally awkward.

post COVID slump has changed here. Really cheerful and helpful current staffing has turned around coffee experience here. thankx starbucks. now heading into long Minnesota Fall/Winter this location has great indoor/outdoor fireplace which is NEVER on andshould be.???customers would love it.please???
This location is always closing earlier than their posted hours of operation. Really annoying when you go there and it's closed when it should be open or you pay for a coffee and sit down only to be asked to leave soon after because they're closing early.
I often place mobile orders, and my drinks are always ready when I arrive. They consistently taste fantastic here. I typically request them with less syrup, and they always hit the mark. Thank you, baristas!
The location is beautiful and vibrant. The morning staff are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is always served hot and fresh.
