Tonight, I stopped by the Hy-Vee location on Zane in Brooklyn Park around 7:35 PM (they close at 8) to grab a mocha. Unfortunately, one of their machines was down — that happens, and it's nobody's fault. However, the other machine was cleaned, which seemed premature if they were planning to close soon. It feels like they’re pushing patrons out earlier than their operating hours. I’m really tired of experiencing poor service and hearing repeated apologies for what they can’t provide. Honestly, I feel like I’m just venting at this point.
Staff was well attentive and very clean. Short-staffed which could be better because of long wait times but overall a great location. The only negative I have is the hours did not match. They were closed in the evening that I went which was inconvenient. Managers, staff, and new trainees are very nice and hardworking. Order was correct. Fix wait times and hours and this will be a great location.
the worst dieucks I've ever had, in the past, I gave the wrong rinse and had actually one of the workers argue with me about it. I came back this morning and I get this full of I barely have half a cup of coffee. time and money. skip this place.
that died from hyvee that eliminates the lightness of bringing donuts to work. the drive thru is very comfortable, fast and friendly. only knock them out strawberry acai with limonade that they do not have recently (knock on wood.) food: 4/5

Really good customer service so they won't unlock their doors so I can get coffee and I can't use the drive thru cause I drive a garbage truck won't ever go back here. Also the order ahead doesn't work I'll drive down to Caribou thanks.
This store truly coasts on the pandemic related excuses. At first it was acceptable. Now it's just weird. There's zero semblance of normalcy at this location and it starts with the manager.Service: 1/5
Exceptional service from Bunny the pink haired lady. She greeted me with enthusiasm and helped guide me through the coffee menu. I will definitely return for coffee here instead of going to Dunkin’.
are currently sitting in the line waiting for over 25 minutes to come to the window. cars sitting on the window waiting for drinks they ordered 15 min. makes sense.

This place is incredibly disorganized and slow. I had to wait over 30 minutes, even though there were only a few customers.
I went to study and enjoyed a cold coffee drink while sitting outside on a sunny day!
