I've been a regular at Starbucks for many years. However, during my last three visits, I ordered my usual drink and noticed that whenever I drove away from the drive-thru, the cup felt surprisingly light. Upon checking, I found it was only about two-thirds full instead of the usual three-quarters. It seems there are many new employees, and I really wish there was a way to contact the general manager because this is a significant issue. Additionally, I've experienced inconsistency in the taste and strength of my mochas. Because of this, I've decided to try a different Starbucks location and explore their menu there.
If you enjoy challenging driving situations, this is the place for you! I'm amazed that they've placed a small Starbucks drive-thru, without any parking, right on the corner of a busy street (Olive). Navigating in and out of this drive-thru is a frustrating experience, leading to drivers getting really annoyed and even road-raging while trying to grab their coffee. As for the beverages and service, they’re just like any other Starbucks, so if you decide to visit, be prepared to have your patience put to the test!
This is my closest Starbucks, and I absolutely adore it! They are always fast and consistently make my drinks just right. All the baristas are incredibly nice and friendly. Please remember to tip your baristas (yes, even through the app)! It's the least we can do to show appreciation for their hard work and for brightening our mornings.
This location frequently gets my drink order wrong—about half the time. While most of the staff are friendly when I request a remake, there are some who respond less positively and make my drink overly sweet, making it undrinkable. However, there's an employee with the name tag "Best Friend," and he is always very kind and cheerful!

This place is fantastic! The baristas are friendly and approachable, creating a fun atmosphere unlike some of the more uptight spots. However, my drink order can still be hit or miss. I usually go for a caramel macchiato with an extra shot, stirred, upside down, and with whipped cream. Is that really too difficult to get right?

The staff at this restaurant really puts in a tremendous effort, especially during peak hours. While it's clear they could benefit from more assistance, I genuinely appreciate the hard work of the team members who are present.
Very quick online ordering process, nice staff, clean overall pleasant experience! My favorite is a Grande Nitro Cold Brew with a splash of sweet cream!

Drinks are good but they are often closed at odd hours or the drive thru line stretches into the street.
