When this café is open, the baristas generally provide excellent service. However, I've had several experiences where I've arrived just 10 to 15 minutes before closing, waited in line for more than 10 minutes, only to be informed by the barista that they are closed and cannot serve me. It's quite frustrating for those of us who have been patiently waiting in line only to discover that the café is no longer accepting customers.
Always looks like nobody is working. When there was finally someone working I walked up to the counter to order and the person working just continued reorganizing bakery shelves instead of acknowledging me in anyway. Would give them the benefit of thedoubt they didn't see me but they literally looked up at me 3 times without saying anything.

The website says they close at 8 PM, but every time I go, they’re already closed by 6 PM. They’re also always rude.
If your brewer is down please put up a sign so a person doesn't have to wait in line.
I really like this place. It's easy to get to, and the staff is fast and very polite.
