Not to be an absolute Karen.. as I am aware I can make food and drink at home, however this Prince George location has gone downhill. The staff are relatively pleasant but that is about the only positive remark to give. I often place a mobile order as the drive through placement is not ideal and is an accident waiting to happen. 9/10 my order would not be ready upon arrival, after the estimated pick up time. I began ordering 10 minutes before leaving my location, roughly 15 minutes before I’d arrive and my order has rarely been ready.. still. Not great service The staff don't seem like they truly care about Starbucks companies and their growth. It shouldn't be only about making money but by improving the clients experiences so that they become a repeat customer. Got a starbucks drink today and it was the worst drink i’ve ever had. It only tasted like milk and they didn’t put any pumps that i asked for in it. Beverages made promptly, glad we can use our own mugs again. The hot breakfast foods a wrap, egg bites, and breakfast sandwich took quite a long time. They don't seem to be able to heat more than one item at a time.

Slowest starbucks ever. It literally takes them 10 mins to make each individual drink. Prepare to wait for 40+ minutes for a single latte with only 3 people in line in front of you.
