It was just another busy morning when we decided to order our usual items. After we placed our order and paid, we waited. A minute or two later, three out of the four items we ordered were already called out. After waiting for about ten minutes, the last drink was still not ready. I went back to the counter to ask the woman there about it. She requested our receipt, but to my disappointment, it wasn't included. So, I asked my partner to reorder it and pay again. To my surprise, the lady said it would be free. She insisted and apologized for the long wait, which was such a nice gesture. Talk about excellent customer service—she was very kind!
A tidy and secure spot to enjoy delicious coffee and tea beverages along with tasty pastries. I especially love the double bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich paired with my venti matcha latte, half sweet.

3 Safeway stores within 15mins of me and I ALWAYS PREFER this one. Clean, nice layout, well stocked. GR8 Meat cutters ask for Scott or Gary, produce deli, SUPER friendly cashiers NO SELF CHECK!
