I'm a firm believer that all Starbucks are pretty equal. A starbucks, the purest, is a four-star place. If it does something wrong, three or less. But if it does something great, it can be a five-star place. And what this place did brilliantly was the people who did it. The people at the front desk of this Starbuck were always friendly with me out of reach and tried to talk to me every time I was there. They gave me recommendations when I didn't know what I wanted. And they gave me a ham and floated Croissant while I studied one night there, because a car had changed their minds by the customer in the last minute. I want to sincerely apologize for sleeping on your grass and property. I truly regret any inconvenience I may have caused. I am currently homeless and have reached out to many shelters, but unfortunately, they mostly accommodate women with children now. Please understand that being homeless brings its own challenges, including hunger. I hope you can empathize with my situation. I don't have a car or knowledge of how to navigate around here, and I lack support in this area. I really value Starbucks and don’t want to get kicked out. I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The meal was incredibly affordable, costing me less than $10. The food was top-notch, earning a perfect rating of 5 for its deliciousness. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and pleasant, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend trying their Mocha Frappuccino—it's a must-have!

Kaylee and the other two workers, one with a ponytail and freckles, and the other with blue hair were working so hard, even so close to closing. Treated me and my girlfriend with such kindness! Made amazing drinks too. You’d think with being so close to closing that you’d want to just be over with work, but they were putting their full 100% like any other day! The cashier was really friendly and helpful when my friend couldn't decide what to drink. I felt a bit anxious while waiting for our drinks because someone asked us what we were waiting for, and we had to repeat our order. But thankfully, the drinks arrived soon after! So all's well that ends well! The place was clean, and I would definitely go back.

The mobile ordering system no longer functions at this restaurant. I ordered the cheese danish, but they were unavailable. Instead, I tried the recommended sugar plum cheese danish, which was said to be even better than the regular one. I gave it a shot, and I must say, I wasn’t disappointed.
