Made a mobile order this afternoon I arrived in the store no one greeted me no one asked me did I have a order I stood In the location to pick up my drink . I went near the register and asked for my order only my bakery Iteam was ready . I had to stand back in the same location wait for my hot chocolate which was still not ready . No one apologize for the delay nor communicated, they ask the new young man to make my drink which was fine but if I had stood there watch him make it he would have added the wrong ingredients. I had to correct him but I felt someone should assisted him . My drink was not hot . I?m very dissatisfied in the customer service from this location.
Mitch is fantastic! I placed a mobile order for a nitro cold brew and forgot to ask for an extra cup of ice. Mitch kindly provided me with ice and confirmed that my coconut milk was ready. The coffee is expertly brewed and tastes amazing. I'm not usually a coffee drinker, but on some days, I need it, and Starbucks offers allergy-friendly milk options. The service from Mitch today made sure I will definitely come back to this location. See you next time!

I've come back several times since I posted this review and it hasn't been an issue again I must have just caught a few bad days previously) I appreciate it and changed my review! As always, the staff here are AMAZING. Old Review: everyone here is really nice!!! but if you order for mobile pick up to save time that won't work here. Most of the time they don't start it until you ask for it so it doesn't really save time. :
They cashier was friendly greeted me as i came in with a smile. Unfortunately I Beas able to earn my stars due to some kind of technical issues. The worker who fixed my drink had made it wrong at first. I asked for more ice and more toppings she acted as of she didn't under at the beginning. I finally asked her to remake it plz and she got an attitude about and aggressively took the cup out of my hand. Reserva una mesa ahora
I visit this Starbucks every other morning, and I must say that even though it's quite busy during that time, it's the fastest one I've been to. They get my order right every single time! I'm really thankful that this location is the closest to me because if it weren't, I would gladly drive further just to enjoy coming here.
it?s always a wonderful experience at this starbucks!! everyone here is so kind and make the drinks very quickly. i always have a weird order, and if they ever mess it up (which happens! it?s a lot and baristas are human), they?re quick to fix it with no issues. i love this starbucks man
I really enjoy this Starbucks! The staff here works incredibly hard and is always so polite. I frequently visit in the early morning, and my order is always prepared in advance; they even recognize me by name. I would absolutely love it if you could put out a tip jar!
