Good afternoon. Today, I ordered a Hot Caramel Macchiato once again, but once again I received an iced coffee. It's cold and rainy outside, and I was really hoping to warm up. This has happened at three different Starbucks locations. The staff taking the orders just don't seem to listen to the customers. I explicitly requested it hot! It's quite frustrating. They do apologize for the mistake and prepare a new hot coffee, but their expressions make it feel like I'm the one at fault. It's really disappointing.
Kailee was so so sweet, we chatted for a bit while she took my order and she complimented my shirt. she was so kind and friendly, as was the rest of the team. will absolutely be back here when i'm craving my strawberry acai refreshers!
This Starbucks consistently offers excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere! It's the perfect spot to work since it's not overly crowded. I also appreciate the personal touch; the baristas remember you and make you feel welcome.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience! I discovered and downloaded the app, and I'm looking forward to collecting some bonuses. The coffee was nice, although I found it a bit mild for my taste.

The staff is lovely, and the place is clean. While there are only a few indoor tables, they now have outdoor seating available, which is great since the weather is typically nice.
Yo starbs always be going. Just that when they run out of Matcha, me and them don’t chacha, I go somewhere else if they out. Not sure how a global chain runs out of matcha.
I needed a little boost and a restroom stop before heading back home, and I really appreciated the services provided! Thank you for being there for me when I needed it!
Parking: The spaces are very small.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Handicap parking is located a few stores away. There are tables both indoors and outdoors.
