I visited the restaurant on a rainy day and decided to grab a snack indoors. I asked a staff member if they offered pup cups, and he confirmed that they did. I thought it best to wait until I was leaving to get some for my dogs so they wouldn't melt. When I returned to the front to order, a woman abruptly informed me that the dogs needed to be present to receive the pup cups. Given the rainy weather, it was impractical for me to bring three dogs out of the car just to prove their presence. I honestly don't understand what she thought I needed a small cup of whipped cream for. I asked to speak to the staff member I had talked to earlier, but she refused, stating she was one of the supervisors...
Well today I came as every day to take my order when I was close to the register and I was staring at the deserts I didn’t realise that the guy in front of me was gone so when I realised it I went and I say I m so sorry but she didn’t respond to that and I said good morning but again no responding.anyway I said my order and I asked her if she was my name for the order but she just move her head with signal like “no” !anyway again so I was waiting to grab my order like 20’ one by one of the guys that they were making the coffees stat to asking me what’s the name of the order but she didn’t want my name for the order as I said before so I was explaining me order to them and she was looking at...
I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade online today without ice and paid with my rewards. However, when I picked it up, it was only filled to 80% of the cup. The barista explained that there had been a recent policy change requiring an extra charge for no ice and refused to fill it up. I’m aware of this policy, but since I redeemed my stars, the drink would have been free anyway. I would have been okay with paying the extra charge if there was an option to do so through mobile ordering. While I appreciate being able to use my stars for complimentary drinks, this situation left a negative impression.
I've visited many Starbucks locations, but this one truly stood out! Each barista warmly greeted everyone who walked in, and I really appreciated how cheerful the barista who took my order was. My favorite drink this season is the iced gingerbread oat milk chai, and it's the perfect blend of sweetness and cinnamon. Parking can be a bit tricky due to the busy street, but I love the plentiful outdoor seating, especially since Millbrae usually has great weather!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The Soy Milk Latte here has the best flavor compared to other Starbucks shops in the area. The only thing that bothers me when I enter the store is having to open the door by hand during the pandemic. I would give it a 5-star rating if they could provide napkins outside near the door, similar to another location I’ve attached for reference. Millbrae, please!
Courteous, kind, and professional staff. This is one of the best, cleanest Starbucks stores in the. Bay Area.Besides the above, I could have my delicious Cappuccino and warmed lemon cake. Perfect experience. ?
There were flies everywhere. Even the food they were serving had flies sitting on them. The barista were not well trained and the drink quality was so poor.
In this satarbucks there is a super bad employee who doesn't do things properly. She refuses to do her job well.
