I visited this morning and witnessed a delivery driver struggling to pick up an order. Unfortunately, the staff ignored her, while they greeted other customers who came in with smiles and warmth. It was evident that the delivery driver was being friendly and professional despite the staff's rudeness, which I found to be very unfair—she was simply doing her job. I am considering reporting this store to corporate, as the atmosphere has changed since the previous staff left; it just doesn't feel the same anymore. Even the manager was unfriendly and quite rude. It's crucial that the staff is retrained to treat everyone equally, including delivery drivers, who play a vital role in getting orders...
This is my go-to Starbucks. The customer service inside is excellent. Even when there's an issue with the order ahead app. They are more than happy to help you. Highly recommend ice cream cheese for those people. Looking for something to cool them off but not looking for the sugar. And they make really good breakfast wraps.
Can?t say enough about the team at this Starbucks! Above and beyond every time! Allison, Sammy, Tori, and Sydni helped me this morning, and as always, were nothing less than professional, friendly, and a delight to be around. Jesse runs a great store! Very popular Starbucks in the morning, so be patient because orders can pile up all of a sudden on the 4 baristas there.
