I've always had a good experience at the Starbucks in Bryn Mawr, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The store was very dirty, with clutter scattered all over the floor. When the barista prepared my drink, she held it by the lid, which raised concerns for me. Her hands were all over the opening where I would be sipping, and I noticed she did the same with the previous customer's drink. This is quite unhygienic, especially considering the ongoing concerns regarding COVID and other infectious diseases. I won’t be coming back, and I believe this location needs to focus on public health and cleanliness, as well as ensure their employees receive proper training.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. I often go there to study because it's usually a quiet place, but this time it was packed with loud high school students hanging out. The manager even closed off the seating area for takeout only, which I found unreasonable. It seemed like she was trying to avoid the disruptive group of teens, and while I understand that, it was unfair to those of us who came to do some work. During my studies, the manager kept trying to rush me out, which felt really inconsiderate. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a place to concentrate.

I always had great experience at Bryn Mawr?s Starbucks, but this was the dirtiest Starbucks I have been to. Their was cluster all of the floor. The barista made my drink and held the drink from the lid. Her hands were all over on the opening of the lid from which I am supposed to be drinking she did same with previous customer). That?s very unhygienic especially during Covid and other infectious diseases. I am not coming back and this place needs to take public health and cleanliness seriously and properly train their employees.

I was the only person standing in line at the register and waited for 10 minutes as 6 baristas continued running around. Nobody greeted me, told me they would be with me, not one hello, nothing! Everyone had there back turned to the customers. This is not the Starbucks brand I remember working for, this would've been unacceptable when I was working for Starbucks. The whole Friday morning shift all need better customer service training or just a brand new manager. Worse service ever. Reserva una mesa ahora

Yesterday morning, I ordered a cup of coffee and noticed that my barista had forgotten to add milk. Once she finished making my drink, I politely asked for some extra milk. To my surprise, she responded rather rudely, saying, "I have to charge you for that." In my experience, I've never had to pay extra for a splash of cream. I found the barista's unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service quite disappointing, and her demeanor felt disrespectful.

This Starbucks has significantly gone downhill. Some of the staff are rude and appear unconcerned about preparing drinks correctly. They also respond negatively if you make any extra requests. The service is incredibly slow. If you're unhappy with your job, maybe it's time to look for a new one. Because of this experience, I'll be heading to a different Starbucks that's further from my home. I recommend saving your time and avoiding this location.

I ordered a Chai Tea, an Impossible Sandwich, and a small coffee. While the staff was friendly, my experience was disappointing. The Chai Tea tasted watered down, and the coffee was merely average. Unfortunately, the sandwich appeared poorly put together, resembling something a toddler might make, and the cheese was outside the bag. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed.

The service was incredibly slow, as the staff often took time to chat among themselves. I stood in line for 15 minutes just to place my order, and I couldn't help but notice that the employees appeared to ignore the customer behind me, who was white. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, and I really dislike having to criticize my local community. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you're short on time in the morning, I suggest steering clear of this Starbucks. I placed my coffee order at 6:20 before heading out, arrived at the store by 6:30, and had to wait until 6:50 for my drink. Ultimately, I asked for a refund and left. What’s the use of mobile ordering if it takes over 30 minutes to get your order?
