I typically reserve bad reviews for truly terrible experiences, but I feel compelled to share my recent visit to this Starbucks location. Last week, I was shocked by the level of service I encountered. There was a young woman and a male employee who seemed to have major issues with each other. While three-quarters of the customers were waiting for their drinks, these two engaged in a loud argument, using foul language towards one another. The woman repeatedly provoked the man by asking if he had gone to HR about her, and their exchange quickly escalated.
To make matters worse, there was a child in a stroller and several other customers patiently waiting for their orders while the employees...
I don?t leave bad reviews unless I really think the service was horrible. I came to the Starbucks in this location last week and I cannot believe the service that was presented. There was a young girl and a male working and they seemed to have issues witheach other. While 3/4 other people were waiting for their drinks to be made these two workers were arguing and cussing eachother out. The female kept on pressing his buttons asking him if he went to HR (I guess against her) and they started using theF word on one another. THE WORST Starbucks I 've EVER been to and I 've been to Starbucks all over. Nobody has a clue what they 're doing behind the counter. I asked for a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and this is what I received. I said that doesn 't look how it normally looks and they said oh we need to add more ice and made the exact same drink again only this time with that much ice the straw would not go into the drink?? No strawberry taste, in fact no matcha taste either just straight heavy cream taste. Absolutely disgusting should have just walked out when they got it wrong the first time and dumped the second attempt because clearly they have no idea what they 're doing. The young staff at Starbucks are very cheerful and polite, always greeting you with a smile and gladly serving a delicious hot chocolate or anything else you might want. However, there is an older Spanish woman who works maybe twice a week and seems unfriendly, often giving disapproving looks to me and my son. When I ask for hot water, she sometimes makes a remark about it, appearing quite unhappy. Despite this, the younger team members are truly warm and kind. We enjoy visiting Target for snacks, tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and appreciate the many wonderful staff who prepare drinks for customers who still value good tea and coffee!

Went here yesterday, was told store was closed at 8:50pm when there was till four people there...2 getting drinks and 2 waiting to order. Keep in mind closing time was 9pm. When told this it was given with attitude. I work at a starbucks myself and I know it can get overwhelming and you want to rush home but gotta stick to the all time phrase ?customers always right? and customer service comes first. I know it may not be a big deal cause there was only 10min left, but it does not take that long to make four drinks before the end of your shift.
I visited this Starbucks at 8:30 in the morning and was disappointed to find they were out of dark roast coffee. They didn't have any available at all! I really dislike Starbucks locations in department stores, as they tend to be below standard. If I had known this, I wouldn't have chosen to stop in. It's just not the same experience. On a positive note, the barista was very friendly.
So, at 8:30 in the morning you?re out of the dark roast. You don?t even have any in the store! I hate these Starbucks located in department stores. They are always sub standard. Had I known, I would have not gone in. It?s not the same. Btw, The barista wasvery nice
Standard Starbucks with friendly staff. Not too busy. Quick service and roomy interior even vast comparing it to other Starbucks in the area. Large parking lot as well. No drive thru.

3:00pm and this location always are closed except the drive thru. Some days the dining room is open but as of the last month or so only drive thru???????????
This Starbucks always has the drink and food options I want. However, the service can be slow. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
