Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

This restaurant is a gloomy and uninviting spot, with worn wooden chairs and stained upholstered chairs. The food and drinks are average, but the staff are all remarkably polite and efficient. It's puzzling how they manage to work in such shabby conditions. Starbucks, it's time to spruce up this place. It's always bustling with customers due to its proximity to a motorway junction, cinema complex, and retail park. Both customers and staff deserve better than this tired coffee shop.

Visited on 12 November 2016 whilst waiting for IKEA to open. The place is cold and dark and not at all inviting, pleasant or comfortable. The latte was the worst I can imagine, I can do better myself at home. On closer inspection it appeared it had been made with as little milk as possible, so really it was like a large mug of espresso with a little froth on top. If they were still waiting for the milkman to deliver they should have said so!

I tend to go to this Starbucks most often and I've never had bad service. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. The place is always clean too.

Shame, the coffee is fab but the place is cold and uncomfortable not enough seating . More of a business setting!!
