SURPRISINGLY aggressive customers overall in the drive thru line, and a MANAGER and POLICY that IS UNFLINCHINGLY RIGID and OVERLY SELF-RIGHTEOUS ABOUT THE SO CALLED REFILL POLICY. PLEASE! YOU WERE EVEN GIVEN A TIP FOR SIMPLY DELIVERING FOOD THRU A WINDOW (GRUFFLY. OH.YES...AND I DID OFFER TO PAY FOR THE REFILL AT THE END OF THIS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I was given a refill BEGRUDGINGLY after going thru the drive thru a SECOND time but THEN READ THE RULES STERNLY by EMPLOYEES AND THEN THE MANAGER TOO!!!. This is the best Starbucks I've been to in years! Service is fast, the baristas are smiling and happy, and the location is clean. I thought I had stumbled into an alternate reality. It's a small location and once they got a bit busier things didn't seem so organized with missing mobile orders and the poor older woman working the the window becoming frustrated with the young girls working hard, but laughing and smiling. Happiness didn't extend to the drive-through apparently. There was a shouting older gentleman patron who was disrupting the flow. Everyone kept working and smiling. I really appreciate the consistency of Starbucks. Whether I'm picking up a vanilla latte during a layover at DFW or enjoying a black iced tea in Des Moines, I always know what to expect. This particular location is no different. It's situated in a fantastic spot and staffed with wonderful people. The atmosphere is upbeat, making it an excellent place for people-watching.

Couldn’t get a mobile order correct. Ordered a chocolate cream cold brew with a splash of milk and somehow got a cinnamon cold foam drink. Didn’t realize until i was stuck in traffic they got it wrong. I was the only car in the drive thru so it couldn’t have been so busy they mistake choc crm with some cinnamon drink Reserva una mesa ahora

I order from here all the time while on my way to work. Today was very busy I had to wait a little longer but everyone working was working as fast as they could. Thank you for all your hard work. I ordered Starbucks to go, and I believe the barista's name was David. He was incredibly friendly! He even waited to pour my cold brew until I arrived, so it was just perfect!
